2FA QR Code Missing

    Hello, so I have an issue where the 2FA QR Code appears on wp-admin -> Wordfence -> Login Security, however when on https://articify.com/account/wordfence-2fa/ it does not appear.

    Edit:
    I have tried disabling all plugins except, Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and Wordfence, and the issue still remains.
