2FA prompt does not show

    Hello,

    All our admins on our site can not log in via the login page. This only applies to those who have 2FA enabled on their accounts.

    Upon entering username and password and submitting it the user gets the following message.

    CODE REQUIRED: Please provide your 2FA code when prompted.

    However, no input filed shows to enter the 2FA code.

    Admins are having to use the main WordPress login to gain access as do receive an input filed to enter the 2FA code.

    Can you please share with me the version of your WP User Frontend plugin that you are using?

    It seems like the issue is your site-specific so please let me know if you can allow me to check your site.
