2FA not working.. There has been a critical error on this website.

  • im getting error when login and enabled the 2FA. i migrated from wordfence just to get more features for users login..

    the current error is:There has been a critical error on this website.

    and the page title saying (Plese verify that it’s you)

    Also the Iraq country is not listed in the ip traffics all iraqi ips are listed as unknown. (i listed them using ip rage) as whitelisted is that fine ?

    First of all, you have to enable loading the plugin in Standard mode. Go to the “Main Settings” and set the “Load security engine” setting to “Standard mode”.

    If it doesn’t help, the only place you can find the root cause is the server error log. All critical errors are (typically) logged there.
