2FA gone on screen refresh in he backend

    I successfully activate Wordfence 2FA, and after I refresh the screen, it shows as inactive, asking me to scan the barcode again.

    What is the solution to this?

  • I’m also getting an error on the Login security screen. There’s a JS error logged to the console:

    Chart.bundle.min.1587658822.js?ver=2.4.0:10 Uncaught Error: Unable to parse color from string “”

    I first removed all Wordfence data with the official Wordfence Assistant plugin, then I uninstalled Wordfence, and reinstalled. Now it is working.

    Good to know. My guess is that an update failed and didn’t copy all the files. I’m glad this is working for you now.
