I’m getting the same message others have when I try to set up 2fa to verify the time on my authenticator device, etc. I’m in the US and the server is in NZ. Should that matter? It looks like NTP corrects the time appropriately.

My device time (iOS) is correct. Here’s what the time shows:

    Server Time: 2022-06-14 14:54:11 UTC (2022-06-15 2:54:11 Pacific/Auckland)
    Browser Time: Tue, 14 Jun 2022 14:54:12 GMT (Tue June 14 2022 7:54:12 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight Time))
    Corrected Time (NTP): 2022-06-14 14:54:11 UTC (2022-06-15 2:54:11 Pacific/Auckland)
    Detected IP: 45.133.7.74

    Thanks for your help.

Hi @pcarlaw27, thanks for reaching out to us.

As the time corrections look to be within a second, can I confirm whether you’ve tried to scan the QR code with multiple authenticator apps such as Authy, Google Authenticator to name two. Sometimes I’ve seen issues with a specific application but not in another, so this is important to rule out.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
