    Hello @tobilotta,

Can you please send over diagnostics from the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page using the Send Report by Email button? Send that to wftest at wordfence dot com and put your forum username in the appropriate field there.

Please let me know here when that is sent so I can take a look.

Can you confirm if you’re using the default WordPress login page, or a custom page? Are you able to use the 2FA with Wordfence’s captcha, or is that unsuccessful as well?

Can you please confirm which error you see, or what issue you see when you use 2FA with the Wordfence captcha in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings?

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Thanks @tobilotta,

This is likely a conflict on the custom login page. The Wordfence login security features are primarily made for the default WordPress login flow, and more recently, we’ve added compatibility with WooCommerce.

Are you able to test the functionality by switching to the default login form temporarily and see if the issue persists? If it does, it may be a theme issue to look into.

    Thanks,
    Scott
