    Hi
    I have setup 2fa with Lastpass. It showed on the wordfence security login page that it was activated and wordfence is also an account on my Lastpass app on my phone.
    I signed into my wordpress site, entering my usual username and password and it singed straight in, without giving me a prompt to enter a code from my Lastpass app
    Any ideas why it is not asking for a prompt for the code to sign me in ?

    I did clear my cache, incase this was issue

    Can you please share a screenshot of your Login Security settings?

    Can you also check for a conflict by deactivating all other plugins and switch to a WordPress default theme?

    I managed to resolve it. I was stupidly, logging in from my site login and not from the WP login… duh!
