• Hello,

2checkout have been our payment vendor since 2011. I was running a HTML website for my online business until now, recently switching to a new WordPress website running on the Avada theme since 31st March.

2checkout provides HTML snippets which you can add to your website to receive payments from customers. I have been using the same code for the past 5 years on my old website.

I put it on our new website, and I get a PE101 error. Just enter any amount and click on “Pay Now”. It doesn’t take you to the payment page, instead serves the error. https://www.scriptosphere.com/payment-page/

Information about the error here – https://help.2checkout.com/articles/Knowledge_Article/Error-Code-PE101

The exact same code still works on this temp payment HTML page here – https://www.scriptosphere.com/temp-payment-page.html.

I have been in contact with tech support from 2checkout, they say they don’t have any problems at their end. I have been in contact with Avada tech support. They asked me to disable their theme, activate Twenty Sixteen, make a new page and try again. I did, and I still get the same PE101 error.

This issue is quite a big problem for us, as you can understand. Please help!
