2checkout for woocommerce broke

The update has broken the 2checkout plugin. Why have you allowed this release when it is beta quality at best?

Now, when no shipping is set, there is a warning at 2checkout that there are no shipping methods. Even though there are purposely no shipping methods. Because these are virtual products.

Also, the biling infomation is not passed over from woo to 2checkout.

ALSO… When you try to link 2 products in a cross sale and save the product, the cross sale box goes back to empty.

I′m sure there are other errors too but these are the ones I have spotted!
