2.9 Broke QuickEdit and Slug editing

I upgraded Worpress to 2.9 and now in the post area the QuickEdit and ability to edit the slug are broken.
When I click on either, nothing happens. Because of this I cannot schedule posts or change the url of the post.

How do I resolve this issue?
