2.8: update-core.php available, but non-upgradeable

    Hello all.

    (WP 2.8)
    I have strange problem: in my admin panel there is a message, saying that update-core.php is available, and link to /wp-admin/2.8. But when i click onto it, i have 404.php actually.

    Please, what that could be?
