    Hi @trible, thanks for reaching out about this with plenty of detail.

    I believe this might be down to the latest plugin update taking place during a scan so the files at the end don’t match the ones from the beginning. From your screenshot, they seem to match filenames that were updated between 7.11.5 and 7.11.6.

    Let us know if you still receive these notices after triggering the “START NEW SCAN” button manually from Wordfence > Scan.
