try using only unfoldingleadership.com and also varify the username. Normally, in linux, the FTP username is user@hostname. So make it clear that you are using correct username.

Also, do NOT mention your passwords in this thread.

In the hostname box, if I enter https://ftp.unfoldingleadership.com, it automatically changes to https://ftp.unfoldingleadership.com://unfoldingleadership.com

The user@hostname format is what I’ve been using for the user name.
