2.7 Upgrade – Lost Theme etc.

I upgraded to 2.7 over a week ago and everything was working fine. A few days later I had a local virus that logged in through FTP and infected some of the index files.

My host, GoDaddy, removed the malicious code but the site would not load. Today I had to backup the database, remove and reinstall WP 2.7. Now the site has reverted to the basic WP starter page, without my theme, posts etc. https://obsessionfitness.com.

I see the theme, plugin, upload folders in the file manager and confirmed that wp-config.php is pointing to the correct SQL Database.

Have I missed something??
