2.7 RC1 – Blogroll importer file missing

When trying to import my blogroll, I did the browse for opml file, and then import. I then get this error on a 404 page:

You tried going to https://xyz.com/wp-admin/link-import.php, and it doesn’t exist. All is not lost! You can search for what you’re looking for.

Upon searching the download… there is indeed no such file.
