    Hi @prcm777, thank you for reaching out. I will do my best to help, and I need some additional information:

    1. Would you please confirm which version of the plugin you are using for the store?
    2. What type of API you are using? (REST API or XML API)

    Does saving the plugin settings / resetting the API connection change the error status?
