    Hi Interpro and arenddeboer,

The engineers will be more than happy to find out what the problem is and to resolve the issue.
Could any of you be so kind sending us an email to support at servmask.com?
We have never run into such issue before on our end nor any users provide us details we could investigate further, so it would be very helpful if you could kindly do.

    Thank you!

    Hi again,

I just had a talk with the engineers.
They said that with our current and older versions, there will be an error log file if there is an error/errors found on your site (from our plugin and also other plugins or themes), meaning if your site does not have any error, there will be no error log file at all in the plugin’s storage folder.

However, with the next version of the plugin, they have decided to remove the part where errors from other plugins are captured, meaning only the error from our plugin will be shown.
I hope this update will resolve the issue with your error log and am sorry once again for the inconvenience caused.

    Thanks Pim,

I was about to write that the devs would understand the issue if they see this thread. It is indeed not only this plugin but any other error generated in PHP. But when migrating a WordPress site, changes are you have some errors somewhere that go unnoticed until your server runs out of disk space.

Great to hear this is resolved in upcoming releases.

    You are welcome, arenddeboer.

Thank you very much for your prompt attention on this and I will keep an eye out for the next release. It’s such a useful plugin and makes my life so much easier – thank you for taking your time to write and support it.
