LivePress & 1.5?

I’ve heard both. I do know that the plugin is read multiple times because of the various files in the LivePress folder. However, I personally couldn’t ever get it to work on the site I was trying to sync up. I’d personally wait for an update.

Ive been trying to hear an answer too. It doesnt seem to work on ,y wp 1.5

It’s not working for me either. I was able to get the LJ Extras box to come up, but it didn’t sync.

Works for me. Try moving the LivePress folder and then edit the LivePress.php file inside the plugin folder to make it point to the new location.

Thanks Kyle for that info. How do you configure it to post to LJ and GJ? I have journals on both LJ and GJ. Is it possible at this time?

help-me-please: Following Kyle’s advice, I just moved the LivePress directory to /wp-content/LivePress/ and changed the reference path in LivePress.php (which should remain in /wp-content/plugins/). Works just fine now.

Neil: what reference path did you use in LivePress.php? The old reference path doesn’t work.

Just use the full path to /wp-content/LivePress and you should be fine.

Hmm, it’s working to sync fine, but it looks like maybe lj-cuts aren’t working. They show up in my WP blog as just ( ) with no clickable text, and when I use text=”some text”, the entire article posts to the front of the WP blog.

I’m just happy for it to be synching for now, but unteins, any plans for a fully-compatible 1.5 version?

I got LivePress working, including synching.

I still can’t get it to work Im having errors everywhere, it doesn’t synch. Can anyone help me!

I have found otu sofar that when I edit the variables for the allow list and place my log in and LJ username there the errors above appear but when I don’t the mood and listening to thing appears. Either way it still doesnt synch
