24-hour clock and week start on Monday

    Setting the start of the week is done in WordPress general settings:

    Dashboard > Settings/General > “Week starts on”

    All time formats in My Calendar can be customized – there are a variety of settings for customizing those. This doesn’t apply to data entry, however.

    Granted, in data entry, you can actually use a 24 hour clock if you choose; it’s just not an option for the jQuery plug-in that renders the time dropdown.
