24/7 Support for Pro version???

I purchased the Image Hover Effects Pro version a couple days back and requested support but have not heard back from the developer.
The plugin is not working as it should and I have some questions which need to be addressed soon.

It appears the hover effects are not fully responsive as has been claimed – the images reduce in size (sometimes) when the browser window is shrunk, but the title headings and captions do not shrink along with it.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I need your advice to resolve this. urgently.

The plugin author claims 24/7 support and some reviews claim that help was received in minutes! Is that real or just made up?
