After updating the plugin today, when I go to /wp-admin/tools.php?page=redirection.php I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/wp_6t4fm5/pulpcovers.com/wp-content/plugins/redirection/models/pager.php on line 116

Same problem, different symptoms: rather than the error messages reported above, I just get a blank page in Firefox.

I hope there’s a fix soon, I just rated this plugin 5 stars yesterday :p

I’m having the same issue: blank page using safari!

    Oh No!

BTW, I also updated the plugin on another site. After updating, it didn’t reactivate automatically, but after manually reactivating it worked fine.

Running WP 3.9.2 and just updated to plugin version 2.3.8

Same issue here, I get a blank page in Firefox. But it seems like the redirections are still working on my site.

Please help with a fix soon!
    Thanks

Sorry about that. There was some code that seems to require PHP 5.3, and you must be using an older version. 2.3.9 works with PHP before 5.3

    Thanks John,

Is there a place to download the older version until it’s fixed? Or, what would you recommend?

    Thank you

    Upgraded to Redirection version 2.3.9
I am running PHP 5.4, still getting the error, but on a new line

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION, expecting ‘)’ in /home/wp_6t4fm5/pulpcovers.com/wp-content/plugins/redirection/models/pager.php on line 291

There was another occurence of some PHP 5.3 code. Sorry, I do not have an older version of PHP to develop on so fixing this kind of thing is done blind. 2.3.10 should fix all.

    Thread Starter pulpcovers

    (@pulpcovers)

2.3.10 fixed the error. Thank you for such rapid iteration!

I just updated to 2.3.10 and now get another error:

Fatal error: Access level to Redirection_Group_Table::extra_tablenav() must be public (as in class WP_List_Table) in /home/content/s/p/r/springbrookorg/html/wp-content/plugins/redirection/models/pager.php on line 368

Updated to 2.3.10 – shows a blank page
