236M file, max_time 6000, still stuck at 100%

I’m having the same problem. I have plenty of space and have used multiple browsers and various backup files. This didn’t happen before using the same site and the same settings There is plenty of space available for the filed. I even used a clean instal of WP. Nothing has changed except maybe the plugin. Frustrating.
