2.3.5 option to hide girl pic?

Just upgraded to 2.3.5; the changelog said there would be an option to hide the girl picture on the settings page. However I have refreshed a few times, cleared my cache and what not, but that option is not showing.
A quick browse through the code doesn’t show that option either…
