2.3.1 is not working with WP v3.1

I like your design very much, what a great effort, but I found the following error after installing latest plugin 2.3.1:
A pink box and an extra line “https://www.sjcss.org/?_login=6108b017cb” will be prompted above both username and password right after successful login.
