2.3 future post dates

I love the ‘edit timestamp’ function. However, in my case I need the posts to show up regardless whether the new date is in the present, past or future. In the new version (2.3) all posts with a future date don’t show up but are categorized under ‘scheduled entries’. How do I make them visible? It is pretty important! thanks in advance for your help!
