    Heyya

    I had a client purchase many rolls of material and it was at 22KG. for some reason the plugin in the cart defaulted to the $15 (default amount). I cannot locate as to why? As the person logged in and supplied their address.

    Can you please let me know so I can fix and avoid happening in the future.

    Hi @jesska,
    Thank you for posting your inquiry.

    There may be numerous reasons behind the issue that you’re describing. To begin with, please review the configuration of the plugin according to our documentation.

    Next, enable debug mode in plugin settings, recreate cart contents from the clients’ order (same products and same address) and check the outcome of the debug mode in the checkout. Possibly Australia Post API returns an exact message telling why it doesn’t return rates.
