2.7 Coltrane – sidebar missing in admin menu

    I just updated to 2.7 from 2.6.5, and my dashboard does not have the left-hand sidebar – only the main section’s contents. I have no access to plugins, features, themes, etc. Is this a bug? I’m using Firefox 3.0.4 and Safari 3.2.1.
