2.2 update language problem

Hello!

When I updated WP to 2.2 via Cpanel (as I always do) it seems that something distrupted characters or something since I can’t get ?, ?, ? to work on my blog (url: https://www.visoko.si/wp) My coding is always set to UTF-8. If you can’t see ??? here, they’re C, S, Z with little a little inverted roof on top -> https://www.studiopress.cz/pic/csz2_v.jpg
