2.0.7 from 2.0.2, bugs

Upgrading from 2.0.2 to 2.0.7 on my test site, I see the following changes:
Uploading images to a gallery in 2.0.2 would always report 0 files uploaded. In 2.0.7 it now works properly.
The manage gallery page is still broken. It appears to not be generating some of the links for buttons correctly – known buttons showing this issue are the page and title (sort by) links in the manage galleries section and the save button in the gallery settings section. When clicked, any link kicks me to the sites homepage.
If I look at a link for the next page in my working site with NextGen 1.9.13 the link is to:
https://www.norconk.com/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-manage-gallery&paged=2
On the test site with NextGen 2.0.7 (same with 2.0.2 and 2.0) this link is:
https://www.test.norconk.com/?paged=2
Which is missing a big chunk of the URL – like I have a variable missing somewhere, which is 100% possible.
