2.0.6 broken in 3.6.1?

A client has upgraded to 2.0.6 of this plugin, unfortunately (perhaps) without updating WordPress.
The plugin is now broken. Use of the shortcode results in series of errors followed by a fatal error stopping the rest of the page loading.
( I can relay the errors if you like but maybe life’s too short)
I know, probably, the best solution is to update to WordPress 4.1 but they are about to develop a new site so I would rather just downgrade the plugin.
Where can I find an older version of the plugin please?
