• Originally rated initial release as broken and poor with 1 star, but things seem to be working great. \There’s been a few things to get used to that have changed from 2.0.20, but not too difficult. I would like to see the coupons able to auto generate as with previous version, which would be great. Another suggestion would be to make an instructional video for setting up the new version.
I was a little disappointed with the support, but the fixes to the plugin has outweighed that disappointment.

Decided to use woocommerce after using wp ecommerce and I was happy, until 2.1. More bugs than a bug catcher on a hot summer night.
List of some problems that WONT get addressed in support forum, despite asking twice.
No access to appearance > menu
No access to products > products
    Cant edit existing products
Can’t add variations to cart, although there is a fix, but it should have been addressed with the release.
2.0.20 was stable, why fix something that wasn’t broken.
With so many business relying on this plugin to work flawlessly, this release was a major fail. Would give 0 stars for this version if it was possible

Are you saying we should jump in and fix all those custom themes including old templates? Genius!

Wait for updates from your theme author – we announced our first beta 3 months ago and gave plenty of warning.

The support hasn’t been great, note the lack of it with your answer to my problem above^^^. It seems as though you are unaware that a lot of people are using this plugin, and due to this update, it’s costing them money.
Why release a plugin that isn’t stable and is obviously broken when the previous version worked practically flawlessly?
It’s not only me that seems to think this. You have gained as many 1 star ratings for this plugin in the last 2 days as you have in the last 3 months. The support forum has been jammed full of questions from other users who are experiencing a lot f problems. It’s not working and a serious overhaul is needed before this plugins previous splendid reputation is completely tarnished.
I’m sticking with 2.0.20, and I recommend everyone else does until the bugs are solved.

@johnc1979 I’m saying the problems are not all wc core. The ones that are, we are documenting and fixing daily.

Theme issues however are mostly due to theme authors ignoring our advice and including template files unnecessary. Then, when we release an update which changes a template file, all goes to pot.

At WooThemes I went through ~150 plugins and checked compatibility since beta 1. Theme and plugin authors should have done the same and not waited until the outrage began.

And you, as a responsible store owner, should have a staging install to test updates.

    Just saying ??

Fixes seemed to have solved a lot of the problems I was having. It now runs smoothly and I ave updated the rating to reflect its usability.
