2014 theme, top nav menu does not show on mobile device

    I’m NOT a programmer, can someone please explain to me in plain text why my nav menu does not show on the ipad, and what to do to fix it? Thank you.

    I tried to install some mobile menu plugin and it doesn’t work either. Thanks, sorry.
