2011 Theme – edited parent…!

I am new to wordpress and setting up websites which hopefully explains my apparent stupidity…
I downloaded the 2011 theme a few days ago and was trying to amend Site title and tagline and somewhere I picked up to amend font size and colour via style.css or header.php or functions.php, which I merrily did without a thought to implications (and yep I have learned from this) as i thought I’d just be able to delete and re-upload the file and it would reset to default. What I have also inadvertently done is make the title/tagline area rather larger than I wanted (obviously my plan to amend font and colour didn’t work(!), although I have since downloaded a fonts plug in, so happy with that).
What I am wondering;
1) is it possible for me to download a default copy of 2011 again and if so, how can I do this as how i’m trying to do it isn’t working?
2) If I can’t download a default copy, how can I rectify my mistake of the largeness of this area?
