2010 style sheet lost?

Hi All,

I am attempting to update https://mainrecycling.com/ site once again to 3.81 and continue to be unable to maintain the modifications to the 2010 theme.

When I inspect element in Chrome I see this:

mainrecycling.com/style.css:383
media=”all”
#access {
background: #000;
display: block;
float: left;
margin: 0 auto;
width: 940px;
}

But when I look in the admin panel and open the style.css it has the following:

#access {
background: #b16011;
display: block;
float: left;
margin: 0 auto;
width: 1024px;

I have removed all other themes and do not see any other style sheets. Your help would be greatly appreciated
