200$ | nothing works | support 1Star

It comes as a lightweight plugin with good support in the advertisement. Turns out because of using it you endup with 12 related plugins so this “lightweight” can manage bookings payments for them, etc.

But even then it did not.

I have 10 years experience in WP and its plugins. This plugin has had only issues and bugs since i bought it. It is a nightmare.

The support answers almost every day. That what the one star is for. But only one short answer that makes the processe really slow. They all have a schedule a meeting button in the signature. That looks kinda professional and you might think cool we do this back and forward answering (one sentence a day) in a 30min session. But eventhough you booked and got a confirmation, – you open zoom at the right time. No one comes. after 20 min you write an email if this session is happening now. 7 Days later i get the an answer: “what is the issue?”

My issues are that:

• a bug does not let me publish events sometimes
• recently the basket stays empty
• I want to collect attendee information like on your video, but even with the right plugins it just does not function.

So no I am really having it with this plug-in i am only still in it because they have my 200$ and for small non profit like ours this is alot of money. #norefund

This plugin has not been put to work since we bought it 2 weeks ago. Even with the support it has not been possible to make this plugin work.
