2.0 rss format not working

I am using rss 2.0 format in the plugin but it’s not working properly it’s fetching the feed at google news but exactly the category in the feed URL
I am using this url , given by google news feed :
https://news.google.com.pk/news/feeds?pz=1&cf=all&ned=uk&hl=en&q=Spinal+Cord+Injury&output=rssPlease any one know the solution ?
