2 x Order status is a little confusing

    Hey there,

    We are selling digital goods and therefore it would be super awesome to actually set the order status to complete upon successful and confirmed BTC transaction.

    There do exist two options in the plugin settings, but they somewhat are a littl confusing to us. Mainly cause the “Order Status – Cryptocoin Payment Received” Setting states the following: “If you sell digital products / software downloads you can use the status ‘Completed’ showing that particular customer already has instant access to your digital products”

    Does that mean, that the order will be set to complete even though the transaction may not be confirmed?

    And if it does set the status to complete only when the transaction has received 6+ confirmations, what is the second status change then for, namely this one: “Order Status – Previously Received Payment Confirmed”?

    YES.

    You can use status ‘Processing’ for 0 transaction confirmations and status ‘Completed’ for 6 confirmations.
