2 WPs with 2 TLDs on one IP (vhosts) possible?

Hi there,
I want to configure my up and running WP on another TLD with different content. F. e. Domain01.tld (still running), and I have another Domain Domain02.tld which points to the same IP, already configured as a vhost.
Will this work?
