Hi, I’m trying your plugin and I have a problem. I’ve installed your plugin on a website (websiteA) giving the access to its fb page. Then I’ve installed your plugin on another website (websiteB), but when I try to set the feed source, I saw a list with only feed from fb page of websiteA. I’m admin of both fb pages.
I’ve tried uninstalling, empty caches, but nothing works.
So, my question is it possible use your plugin on multiple sites, starting form the same fb user?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Please follow the step below to fix this problem and let us know if it works.

    1. Login in your Facebook account, open the page you are trying to create a feed with. Go to Page Settings and make sure Page visibility option is set to Page published.

    2. From the upper-right corner of your Facebook account, please choose Settings, then select Business integrations option from the left sidebar. Mark 10Web social feed plugin, then remove it.

    3. As the last step, please go to the WordPress administrative dashboard of your website, navigate to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and reauthenticate.

This should resolve the issue. Please let us know if it does.
