2 urls, same content

While we’re young, but growing, I want to transition my blog from its current url to a new one. I thought the best way to avoid losing readers in the process would be to use both urls with the exact same content. And I can slowly wean my readers to the new one. I’m not able to figure out how to do that. Or is there a better way to accomplish my mission? Thanks in advance.
