2 types of internal links

    Hi guys!

    What’s the way to differentiate between the following 2 types of internal links:
    1. Real link, to other articles (e.g. anchor text “calorii” in this article https://www.dulcitiv.ro/blog/ce-nu-stii-despre-satietate)
    2. Reference within the same article (e.g. a study, anchor text “[1]” in the same article)

    I’d like the former to be open in a new tab, but the latter in the same one. How can I achieve this?
