2 suggestions for development

Hi,

I’m using your plugin, and it works great.

I have 2 suggestions for it:
1. Have the ability to not create coupon if order amount is 0
2. Currently the plugin creates new coupon for every order made. I think it’ll be better it customer email address will be added to an existing coupon, rather than add a new one for every order.
