    Hello,

    I ve 2 sliders on the same page and I would like them to start autoplaying at the same time, to be synchronized. For the moment the sliders start playing only when you see them…

    Hi @edouardcoleman!

    At the “loading” tab of your slider’s settings:
    https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1292-slider-settings-loading
    you should turn off the “play when visible” option, and then your sliders will start when the page loaded them.

    Oh sorry, I see now, that this is only available in the pro version of our slider. But even if that would load your sliders together, the autoplay can’t really be exactly the same. These sliders have separate codes and even if you are saying in a javascript code to start, when the page finished loading, that will happen at slightly or sometimes even more delay from each other. Also the sliders are switching slides at a given millisecond, but this millisecond again cannot be exactly the same, so the sliders will go out of synch, even if they would load at the exact same time. So you can’t really make two sliders to start and autoplay together and the only way to create something like this would be if you wouldn’t have two sliders, but only one and you would put the parts you currently have on your top slider on the top part, and the bottom slider to the bottom part.
