2 shortcode on same site

having two shortcodes on the same website, one in the header and one in the footer, if I change the language on one, on the other it remains fixed to a previously chosen language, or usually the default one. Is it possible that the two shortcodes/widgets have the same behavior, i.e. if an operation is performed on one, the other behaves in the same way?
