2 seperate images as a logo across the screen

I want 2 seperate images as a header. Both need to be clickable(with a link)

This is a screenshot of how it looks atm. But when slide the screen smaller and smaller the right image becomes smaller. then disappears. then the other images becomes smaller. After a while the second image appears below the first.

I want it to be like at first both images get smaller. then after a while the right images appear below the left image.

Any ideas?
