2 Questions Before I try…

  • Does the plugin also update the pages which are using the images or somehow forward the old image URL to the new image URL? So I can rename files that are already in my site without needing to re-add them to the site?

    Does it work in multi site?

    I’m sorry for the late reply, but I’ve been away from office for some day.

    Yes, Phoenix Media Rename updates every post (even custom post) to change the URL of the media content form the original to the new one you choose.

    The plugin also works on multisite, I don’t have multisite in production environment but on my development server everything is running in multisite configuration.
