    I print/ship directly from Woocommerce Services, I noticed a few things that could improve the process

    1) Bulk shipping, so for example if I have 5 orders, currently I have to click each on indidually and make 5 separate transactions. This is worse for JetPack because paypal/CC charges more for smaller transactions I believe. Also, it takes a lot longer !

    2) Problem with phone number,it asks each time for the phone number input which slows down the process, even though domestic USPS packages do not require phone # for shipping.

    Hi there,

    You mean, you would bulk different orders or rather different labels together, and pay at once? Instead of the Buy & Print button, you would like to see an Add to Cart or something?

    By default, phone number is a required field on the Checkout page. So, an order placed should include a phone number that is automatically added to the Destination address of the new label.

    Well, I guess it would be a nice feature, for example if I get 10 orders in a day. Then I can goto the “Orders” page, and click the checkbox for all the 10 orders, then have an option “Print Labels” so I can bulk process all at once.

    Well, maybe its not a big deal to just do every order individually I am learning after using the software for a few days. However, since it breaks it up into 10 separate credit card purchase, from my understanding, CC get charged flat rate + %, so like 30 cents + 3% fee. So, breaking up into 10 different orders, may actually cost much more to process 10 transactions instead of 1 big transaction. I don’t know exactly how your system works and your billing arrangement, but maybe this would be the case.

    The phone # on my checkout page is not required, I think possible some other plugin or theme is overriding it, so I will troubleshoot with my theme and elsewhere, I see its not a problem from you guys. Thanks!

    Solved the problem. It was Paypal Express checkout plugin, that automatically overrides this feature by default.

    So, there is a setting

    “Require Phone Number

    Require buyer to enter their telephone number during checkout if none is provided by PayPal”

    this will override the default behavior of the Checkout page to require Phone number.
