2 Problems – The uploaded file exceeds & HTTP ERROR 500

Hi guys,
I have 2 problems regarding this plugin.
1. It’s when I want to install it thru the upload method. I receive this message: The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
2. I uploaded versions: 46,45,44,43,42,41,40 into the plugins file thru FTP and install each one of them, I receive this error:
