2 Problems: Menus & eCommerce Plugins/Shopping Cart

First Issue:
I have a theme that supports 2 menus (1 at the top and 1 in the footer). I can get the footer menu to work fine, but no matter what I try the top menu will not show.
I tried switching browsers, tried switching themes, checked plugins, everything.

Second Issue:
First I thought this was a WooCommerce issue, but it seems to be an issue across the board. My theme supports both WooCommerce and Jigoshop. They both work beautifully except when it comes to the cart. When I add an item to the cart, the cart stays empty.

If anyone knows how to help that would be fabulous!
I do not write/understand PHP or JQuery well, so please make it easy for me to understand. ^^;
