2 problems in wordpress 4.7.3

Hi all,

On visual composer i layout my post perfectly but when i go to text mode i see:

What i am trying to do is set an image in visual skip one line only but then text either goes near the image or skips lots of lines.

Also Select Files is not working in UPLOAD area.
